Creating & Managing a theme

Get your app looking sharp create, manage, and publish your themes fast, no developer needed. Whether it’s a seasonal campaign, a fresh design, or a quick brand update, we make it seamless.

What are Themes?

Themes define your app’s visual identity - colors, fonts, layouts, and more.

Creating a new theme:

1. Go to your dashboard.

2. Click + New Theme (top right).

3. Enter a Title (e.g.,“Holiday Sale 2025”).

4. Add a Description (to share context with your team).

5. Click Create - your new theme will appear as a Draft.

Theme Types

• Active Theme

  • The design your customers currently see.

  • Only one active theme can be live at any time.

• Draft Themes

  • Safe-to-edit versions that do not impact your live app.

  • Use drafts to experiment, customize, and preview without risk.

Your Active Theme shows the current design on your app. In Themes List, manage all your drafts, live, and past themes in one place.

Managing your themes

From your Themes dashboard, each theme has a three-dot menu (⋮) with the following options:

• Edit Theme - Update colors, fonts, layouts, and images.

• Duplicate Theme -Make a copy of any theme for quick experimentation or seasonal campaigns.

• Rename Theme - Keep your workspace tidy with meaningful names.

• Delete Theme - Remove drafts or unused themes you no longer need.

Best Practice: Always duplicate your active theme before making major edits.

Publishing a Theme

When your draft is ready to go live:

1. Open the draft theme.

2. Click Publish Theme.

3. Your previous active theme will automatically move to Draft, allowing easy rollback.

Scheduling a theme

The Schedule Theme Drop feature gives you total control over your app's visual timeline. You can now pick a draft theme and tell the app exactly when to apply it and more importantly when to switch back.

How to set this up?

• Select Theme: Pick the draft you want to launch from the Selected Theme menu.

• Set Start: Choose your Start Date and Start Time.

• Set End: Toggle Set end date and time and enter when the theme should expire.

• Set Reversion: Choose the theme to apply automatically once the drop ends.

• Confirm: Tap Schedule Drop.

Best Practices

• Maintain one stable active theme during key sales or campaigns.

• Use duplicate → edit → publish for seasonal or promotional updates.

• Regularly review and clean up drafts to keep your workspace organized.
